does watering plants make me animistic?

Why is science generally still primitive?

There are a lot of things like social sciences that should be viewed as a natural science and not an art, social science is very close to biology, evolution, and ecology. After all, we are still animals. and nature is not politically correct.

Rank these sciences from most-respected to least-respected?

Chemistry
Biology
Physics
Geology
Psychology (well..social science)
Ecology
Anthropology
Sociology
Neurology

Does anthropocentrism include the belief that…?

…humans are equally as important as other life instead of being inferior to other life?

Also:
If an animal attacks and tries to kill a human, then would it be acceptable for the human to kill the attacking animal in self-defense if it is necessary for survival, or is it wrongly arrogant & anthropocentric to believe that humans have just as much right to survive by any means necessary as any other species.

Also, in the case that a human does care most about humans most, is that different than wolves caring most about wolves?
Just wondering what everyone else thought, since they seem to give the impression of believing this.

Can you take electives your first year in college?

I want to take Conservation of chimpanzees, marine ecology, behavioral bio, &the animal kingdom. I’m only going to this college for a year so since some of these aren’t offered at the college I’m transfering too i was wondering if i could take a few electives along with my pre-reqs. My courses for the year include bio, chem, math, eng and the social studies gen.ed classes. Will I be able too?
